Domestic Shipping (Australia )
We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly through the carrier's website.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. KoKo Jayne is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@kokojayne.com.au and we will investigate the matter promptly.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
